Pottery Painting Evenings
I run Pottery Painting Evenings at a new venue in Sutton (SM2), previously Stitches Haberdashery Shop in Cheam:
You will be given a non-alcoholic drinks, some nibbles, music and of course some beautiful handmade ceramic pieces to paint! All pieces are designed and made by me, it's £35 which includes the pottery piece, glazes as well as drinks and nibbles throughout the evening.
They are BYOB events so you are welcome to bring a bottle of bubbles with you if you like!
The monthly parties run from 7-9.30pm at anew venue in Sutton (SM2), previously Stitches Haberdashery in Cheam
I also run private pottery parties travelling to clients homes with handmade ceramic bisque fired pieces made by me. They are ready to be glazed with a vast variety of glazes, which I provide along with individual colour swatches to show what the glaze will look like once fired. I also provide non-alcoholic drinks and nibbles throughout the evening. It is a great time to create artworks in an open and relaxed environment. Please inquire about my parties, including Sculptural Ceramics workshops for beginners and hen parties!
'I’ve now been to two pottery parties hosted by Emma! The first I went with a group of about 8 friends and we had such a great laugh! It’s such a fun way to spend the evening, delicious food and yummy cocktails were a bonus. The second time I took my Mum and we had such a lovely evening together. The pottery pieces are handmade by Emma and she is really encouraging and gives helpful advice to help you paint something you’ll be proud of to take home! I would definitely recommend Emma and her pottery parties!' - Emily B
'Great parties, very informative and creative, Emma is very professional, a great host. This is definitely a fun time for all ages, no degree of artistic ability needed, anyone can have a go... and should' - Sara W
'Have had some fantastic cocktail and pottery parties hosted by Emma, such fun and great to be able to produce some wonderful pieces of pottery design! Will be doing many more in the future.' - Heather F
'Spent a really lovely evening with Emma at her pottery painting workshop. Emma is a great teacher - she explains everything you need to know and supplies a variety of different pottery pieces and paint colours to choose from. I was really pleased with how my dish came out and I’m looking forward to the next visit. Great fun and lovely to create something original too.' - Anne Marie B
'My friends and I had such a wonderful evening painting Emma’s beautifully crafted pottery pieces. Emma was on hand to give inspiration and expert guidance while still encouraging us to create our own individual style. The range of paints were impressive and we enjoyed some lovely refreshments too! Would definitely recommend for a fun and enjoyable artistic evening.' - Rachel
